Hotel accommodations are not included in the price of the conference registration.

Request the Laughter Yoga conference group rate of  $125 for up to 2 people per room per day, and $135 for up to 4 people per room per day.

Parking: $4.00/day for hotel and local guests.
Airport Shuttle: $11 (use Cloud9/Super Shuttle – runs every 15 minutes)

Main conference tuition:

  • General admission (commuters): $265
  • General admission (if you are staying at either the Town and Country Resort or the Best Western Seven Seas): $215
  • One day pass Friday: $145
  • One day pass Saturday: $145
  • Half day pass Sunday, conference only: $95

Pre-conference workshops:

  • Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher Training (Sunday 9/16-Thursday 9/22): $795
  • Certified Laughter Yoga Leader Training (Wednesday 9/21-Thursday 9/22): $300
  • Half-day business training with Merv Neal (Thursday 9/22, 9am-12noon): $95
  • Laughter and Healing: Techniques for joy, improved health and stress reduction – with Nira Berry (Thursday 9/22, 2pm-5pm): $75 stand alone, $50 with conference

Post-conference workshops:

  • Chair Laughter Yoga for Older Adults, with Camela Carlyle (Sunday 9/25, 2pm-5pm): $75 stand alone, $50 with conference
  • World Laughter Master Belachew: how to change yourself and the world with laughter (Sunday 9/25, 2pm-5pm): Donation
  • One day business training with Merv Neal: $195
  • Two day business training with Merv Neal: $395

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be made in writing, signed and faxed to +1 800 963 1385. We will confirm receipt within 48h. If you do not hear back from us within 48h of your cancellation or transfer request, you must call us at +1 800 963 1385.

  • If you cancel up to 15 days prior to the conference commencement, we will refund the money you paid to us in full minus a $35 administration fee.
  • If you cancel between 15 and 7 days prior to the conference commencement, 50% of the conference fee is payable.
  • If you cancel within 7 days prior to the conference commencement, 100% of the conference fee is payable. Should this happen to you and as a sign of goodwill then we will offer you to transfer your registration to another of our events.
  • If a delegate does not attend and notice of cancellation or transfer has not been made in writing then the invoiced amount is still payable.
  • Transfers, credit notes and gift vouchers are valid only once. If you are unable to attend the event you signed up for, the full amount is still payable.
  • Replacement participants are welcomed at no additional cost.

We recommend you contact your travel agent to purchase travel insurance in the event that you need to cancel or change your travel plans.

The 6th Annual 2011 All America Laughter Yoga Conference will take place at the Town and Country Resort & Convention Center, 500 Hotel Circle North, San Diego, CA 92108 (see map).

Your conference name badge is your pass to get into the workshops you’re registered for. It will be given to you at the conference registration desk when you arrive.

What You Can’t Bring

Drugs: Illegal / hallucinatory drugs of any kind, alcoholic anything and pets are not allowed in this conference (you are welcome to keep your pet in your room).

Video-Camera, Sound Recorder: The videotaping or sound recording of the workshops is not allowed. You will be able to purchase a copy of all of the workshops of this conference on a DVD. You are very welcome to take pictures.

No guests daytime, please. All are welcome to attend the evening workshops at no cost (donations are appreciated). Should there be any issue note that registered conference participants get priority access.
